Prioritizing mental health is foundational to overall well-being. Life can bring many challenges—relational, personal, professional, emotional, or physical—and our mental health shapes how we navigate and respond to these experiences. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, and that is a valid place to begin.

I specialize in women’s mental health, including postpartum concerns, as well as depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, and trauma. With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I provide therapy for individuals ages 16 and older.

I take an individualized, collaborative approach to care. My work is client-centered and integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and humanistic perspectives. I strive to build a relationship grounded in trust, respect, and authentic communication while supporting clients in developing insight, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.
